Terry Harrison

I would just like to say how very saddened I was to learn of the passing of Terry Harrison. I had numerous workshops with Terry; his sense of humour was unrivalled and his jokes were… well typical Terry! And who remembers his: Did I mention my new book?

He was the man who introduced me to watercolour painting. Thank you, Terry.

Pastel problem

From the editor: Here are two responses to Catherine Lewis’s problem from last month on transferring images. Many thanks, Graham and Christine.

I was interested to read in the August issue of Leisure Painter a question from Catherine Lewis on transferring drawings onto pastel paper. As a pastel artist I have the answer to this problem.
