What's your favourite digital magazine? The must have glossy - Marie Claire! Why do you love Marie Claire magazine?
I like keeping up to date with current events, fashion and, of course, a little bit of celebrity gossip. I always get great style advice from Marie Claire and often end up buying items I’ve seen in the magazine! But it’s not just pretty clothes and pictures though, they cover the big topics too. There are loads of really great thought-provoking articles, but a recent favourite was a piece about what it’s like for charity workers who are working in ISIS warzones.I’m also a big fan of their ethos that ‘a sharp mind is the perfect accessory’.Any other stand out features?
I really enjoy their coverage of fashion weeks from around the world. They always have some of the best round-ups of the must-see looks from the different shows, which are complimented by loads of online content too. When’s your ideal time to read?
I like to ease myself into the weekend with a quick flick through the latest issue on Saturday morning with a cuppa. What's been your favourite Marie Claire cover?
Drew Barrymore’s one back in June last year was gorgeous. The fact she’s a wine aficionado and has her very own vineyard means she’s a girl after my own heart, so I loved reading up on what she’s been up to. The outfits she wore for the shoot were gorgeous, too.
Katie graduated in 2015 with a degree in French following an upbringing of annual booze runs to southern France with her family.Since leaving university, Katie moved into marketing and gained experience as both a social media manager and a marketing assistant, before joining Jellyfish CoNNect as a Digital Marketing Executive. Outside of work, Katie is a photographer so you’ll often find her poking and prodding people in pretty locations or irritating her boyfriend by taking photos of food. She loves cocktails, rooftops, reading, blue Powerade, and has (somehow) trained herself to enjoy a good gym sesh too, which neatly balances out the amount of chocolate she eats.
