Where’s Windows?
I would like to bring your attention to the fact that not every subscriber is a PC builder.
I’m not. I’ve been reading your magazine for several years, because of its Windows articles. In the latest editions, there is no mention of Windows. Your attention to this matter will be appreciated.

EDITOR, ZAK STOREY, RESPONDS: That’s a very good point, and I’ll be honest with you: We haven’t had the budget. Because Windows 10 has been around for so long, it’s been difficult to justify the spend on it right now. I do perhaps have a bit too much of a hardware focus personally, but this is definitely something we should readdress. I mentioned in my “Editor’s Intro” that we will be back up to our regular 100-page count (and 100% budget) as of our Holiday issue, so we can start bringing back our regular software writers.
In fact, we’ve already penned a particularly interesting “build your own media streaming server” feature for that issue, which will go into depth on how to set up your own DIY NAS at home using Windows, which might be of some interest for you. And next issue, Christian’s taking a look at living-room gaming, and how you can stream from your main PC to your living room, or what alternatives there might be. But I hear where you’re coming from, and we’ll amp up our Windows coverage as soon as we can.
