REMOVE DISTRACTIONS
Working out from home can save time and money, but you won't see any benefits unless you train with the same focus and intensity as you would in the gym. That means TV off and notifications on mute, so your attention is solely centred on the exercises to come.
CREATE A CIRCUIT
Speaking of exercises, as you're unlikely to have a stacked array of equipment, a circuit workout may be your best bet – combining a series of moves to form a lung-busting session. Try picking ten exercises (bodyweight or utilising any equipment to hand) and perform each for 50 seconds, take ten seconds rest, then move onto the next. Repeat the circuit twice more.
