LOTUS WEIGHT LOSS CLINIC: REAL SUPPORT, REAL RESULTS

Lotus Weight Loss Clinic was founded in Wales with a simple idea: expert-led weight loss support that actually cares. Pharmacist James Reynolds built Lotus to offer proven treatments, honest advice, and human connection — without the upsells, chatbots, or cold, corporate feel of the big-name brands.

You get quick online consultations, free next-day delivery, and direct access to a qualified pharmacist whenever you need support.

Weight loss shouldn’t feel like a sales funnel — and with Lotus, it doesn’t.

SURF YOUR WAY BACK TO YOURSELF

Ripple Surf Therapy offers something most people don’t even realise they need — until they’re out in the surf with salt water in their faces.

These week-long retreats in Portugal, Morocco, Nicaragua and beyond are built for people who’ve been holding it together a little too well, for a little too long. Created by neuropsychologist Djai Baaten, their program blends surfing, group therapy, yoga and mindfulness — guided by certified professionals who know how to go deep while keeping it fun.

It’s often described as six months of therapy, packed into seven days — and the reviews people share afterward speak for themselves.

Whether you’re burned out, stuck in a loop, or just feeling off-course, Ripple gives you space to clear your head, recalibrate, and come home to yourself.

If something in you has been needing change, this is your moment.

RECAPTURE HAIR CONFIDENCE. SHOW UP STRONG.

Fixing my hair confidence transformed my fitness journey and now I help other men do the same. I’m Chris, SMP Artist at SMP HairTech, based at my private studio in Worcestershire. Scalp Micro Pigmentation (SMP) is a non-surgical treatment using tiny, expertly placed impressions to create natural-looking, blended results. Whether you’re covering thinning crowns, scars, or restoring your hairline, SMP is a game changer. I’ve had it myself. The finish is subtle and undetectable in everyday settings, helping you feel more confident and in control.

Feel better. Train harder. Start now. IG: @smphairtech | W: smphairtech.co.uk | P: 07813 554 814

HWS PHYSIOTHERAPY

As we age, our bodies undergo natural changes. Among these, beginning in our 30s, is a decline in testosterone levels. This drop can lead to physical changes — including decreased bone and muscle mass, erectile dysfunction, and even cognitive impairment (Christian et al., 2025).

How we respond to this is important. Resistance training targeting larger muscle groups — particularly at moderate to high intensity, depending on safety and ability — has been shown to slow the rate of decline. Overall weight and fitness levels also influence testosterone levels.

At HWS Physiotherapy, we work with proactive individuals, educating them on the best exercises to manage this natural decline.

CAGE WARRIORS: WHERE CHAMPIONS ARE MADE

For close to twenty-five years, Cage Warriors has cemented its legacy as Europe’s leading MMA organisation — the place where the greatest stories in mixed martial arts history begin. The proving ground where prospects become champions, and champions become legends.
