It seems like you’ve been sitting on the songs for this record for a while… Courtney LaPlante (vocals):

“Yeah, between winter 2019 and spring 2020 we’d done a few writing sessions, ahead of our first tour in February/March. But like everyone else, we had to put our plans on hold. We eventually realised the only way we could record this with our team was for us to come to them.”
