I love how metalheads are either/ or when it comes to Tenacious D’s inclusion in the metal world. I for one love them and think [Tribute is] one of the best jokes/songs ever because of how seriously unserious they are. Also, how Jack Black genuinely loves metal.

would
be
weirder
if
a
band
of

D’s
stature
didn’t divide opinion. But just remember: you won’t find a metal audience in the world that don’t know the words to Tribute.
