Copper State Models not only produce armoured car kits but also figures. Reviewed here are two of their many offerings that are paired with their armoured cars in 1/35 scale. They started offering figures separately with their first car release, the Lanchester. The figures are traditionally sculpted resin kits. German Leaning Crewman (ref. F35-049) is designed for the rather unusual Fahrpanzer (ref. 35011) and is designed to lean on the open door of the Gruson Fahrpanzer providing for a unique display. The figure is cast beautifully with little to no clean-up. The natural pose will lend realism for any scene. The second kit, German Sitting Officer (ref. F35-050) is also designed for the Fahrpanzer release. He has a walking stick and a makeshift chair to sit on. This figure is a 3D print and at first glance looked like all their other figures in quality and detail. Little to no clean-up is required, just a light sanding where the supports existed. These figures give the modeller not only options with the paired kit but for others as well. The clean and crisp casting make them a joy to paint and enhance any project.
