Military Modelling International Magazine  |  July 24th 2015
A fine diorama depicting a Cromwell tank that's been reduced to use as a Range Target graces this month's front cover and is also our lead feature. Builder Mac McConnell added some model badgers for a touch of Springwatch. Then Steve Zaloga presents his take on Tamiya's new Somua S35 kit and finds an ingenious way to depict the vehicle's 'Sun King' badge! Emmanuel Nouaillier treats us next to another miniature buildings masterclass and shoes how to depict masonry anchors. New contributor Tomasz Basarabowicz then presents a treatise on Polish 1st Armoured Division camouflage and markings in Europe during 1944/45. To round off the issue, Christopher McGrane models the Australian Horseman Harry Morant, the character wonderfully acted by Edward Woodward in the film Breaker Morant.
