Military Modelling International Magazine  |  October 3rd 2014
On the front cover this month, and also our opening major feature, is the distinctly odd-looking Skoda RSO Radschlepper Ost from Riich Models. Gary Radford built the 1:35 scale kit and reports that he was very pleased with the way the kit went together. Next, Steve Guthrie charts the Sherman Tank in Canadian Armoured Corps service in WW2 as a prelude to his forthcoming 1:72 scale modelling feature. New contributor Alex Long then describes how he created a unique two-part 70mm scale vignette set in the Teutoburg Forest in AD9. Christopher McGrane follows with a description of how he built a Pacific Theatre diorama set on an atoll island and featuring Dragon's Ha-Go Type 95 Tankette. To round off our features, Robin Buckland then provides highlights from this year's massive War & Peace Revival show held at Folkestone Racecourse in July.
