More than two decades after its initial release, Jason Brewer finally builds a Tamiya 1:48 scale classic – their Messerschmitt Me 262 A-1a

Over the years I always heard about how great Tamiya's Me 262 was but until now it had always slipped through the cracks. I have had this model planned for a long time, but something else always got in the way. Released in 2002, it's a 20 year old tool now, but hey it's new to me! "Green 4" has always interested me with its colourful scheme and densely mottled camouflage. Is the Tamiya 262 as good as I've always heard?
