We have another recently released sheet from Furball with further sets of colourful Super Hornet decals. This is set five and provides the markings for ten more Super Hornets. As well as the tightly-packed large decal sheet, there is a half-size stencilling sheet, enough to complete at least two models and two small sheets of black printed items. The instructions come on six colourprinted two sides of A4 sheets. Our list below describes what comes in this superbly produced set.

AIR WING ALL STARS NO. 5 – F/A-18E AND F/A-18F (SHEET NO. 48082)

This main sheet provides options for eight single seat F/A-18Es and a pair of two-seat F/A-18F Hornets. As well as the spectacular main markings there is a good supply of colourful stencilling items that do not appear on the separate enclosed stencilling sheet.

01 F/A-18E 168927 Blue 200 with VFA-14 ‘Fighting Fourteenth’ on USS Abraham Lincoln in 2019. Colourful markings are applied to the standard two-colour grey camouflage scheme. The spine and tail fins are painted Dark Blue with a top hat insignia artwork carried on the outer tail fins and full colour stars and bars.

02 F/A-18F 166917 Black 102 with VFA-102 ‘Diamondbacks’ on the USS Ronald Reagan in 2020. This two seat Hornet is the only one in a toned-down low-viz scheme with a subtle grey sunburst and rattle snake on the tail fins.
