The fourth instalment of this essential guide to the LMS ‘3F’ in LMS and BR days, provides detailed service and allocation histories of each individual ‘Jinty’, from No. 47580 ‐681 (not 47480 ‐681 as stated on the cover). Build and livery details, renumbering dates and withdrawal information is also provided, along with boiler numbers carried by each locomotive during the study period (1924 ‐67).
