Andreas Mikkelsen tested an i20 Coupe WRC last Friday and negotiations to bring the Norwegian to the German-based team are ongoing. Insiders have told Motorsport News of Hyundai’s desire to land last year’s Rally Australia winner and have him installed in a car with the team as soon as next month’s Rally of Portugal.
