Winter Tactics and RK Leisure Special Edition
As this issue hits the newsagents at the end of January we carp anglers are still facing quite a few weeks of cold weather carping before the spring thaw sets in and we look forward to some of the most productive months of the year.
So I asked our panel of experts if they had any winter tips or edges to liven up the next ten or so potentially cold weeks: Steve Briggs (last issue), Ed Betteridge and Rick Golder all stepped up to the mark once again with their tricks and traps, so thanks gents. Well worth a read for an extra bite or two, and their combined experience is worth the cover price alone.

However, the main theme of this issue is an introduction to BC from RK Leisure, the company which purchased so many of our great historic venues when Cemex decided to close down its angling section and sell off its valued possessions. It was a worrying time for all carp anglers! What if these precious venues fell into the wrong hands? The fate of our great heritage hung in the balance.
