We’re in the middle of summer now and the features inside the August issue reflect that, with plenty of sunshine and good weather. We’re pleased to have match fishing legend and recent Veterans World Champion Tommy Pickering on the cover and inside, dispensing his wisdom on how to get the most out of a skimmer session on his favourite New Junction Canal.
There’s a varied list of contents inside this month, as we cover flat float fishing on the River Avon with James Robbins, catching winning weights of small fish on the feeder at Rudyard Lake with Mac Stephens, the pellet waggler for carp with Alan Andrews, Mick Vials attacking big commercials for carp and Brad Lucas revealing his mugging secrets for when the carp are on the top.
