Add a calculator to the Quick Access Toolbar
You can add a calculator to Word’s Quick Access Toolbar, making it easy to perform quick sums. Click ‘File’ at the top left then Options at the bottom of the menu. Now, in the box that appears, click Quick Access Toolbar on the left ( 1 in our screenshot right), then choose All Commands from the ‘Choose commands from:’ dropdown menu 2 .
