Our feature article in this issue covers an unusual gecko from our rival sporting country Australia. This gecko is known as the Knob-tail Gecko. These are some of the most fascinating lizards in the world. Their large eyes, big heads and small tails make for an odd combination which results in a comical appearance. These geckos have been rapidly gaining popularity around the world, although it sadly seems there are still very few in South Africa.
