Tell us about your training
We run a group that advocates on getting started with running and hiking, so we found ourselves running in our own time to improve our health and get the ball rolling with our general exercise routine. In the group, we focus on running and hiking as it’s the easiest entry point for everyone, and can be done in any open space or in the city.
