NHS Western Isles (NHSWI) is inviting comments from islanders at a public consultation meeting today (Thursday November 29), about revisions made in the NHSWI Gaelic Language Plan.
‘Gaelic is a precious part of our history and culture, and our renewed plan will help to ensure it can be a flourishing and sustainable part of our future,’ said NHSWI chief executive Gordon Jamieson.
‘We have seen some encouraging results from our earlier work and there is still more to do.’
