Any day is a great day to get started on a new venture, project or chapter in your life. What is key is that you are clear on what you want to achieve and write it down. Writing down your goal doubles the chance that you will achieve it. Why is this? As you write it down, you make it very clear to yourself what you are wanting to achieve and it is no longer a vague idea. The clearer you picture it, the higher the chance that you will succeed. To make a really clear plan, start immediately and write it into your schedule so it becomes a habit. Ask yourself if what you are doing today is getting you closer to where you want to be tomorrow.
Why not set a new intention, perhaps to grow your happiness throughout this year?
You can actually decide to be happy. Yes, you can! We all have our own natural level of happiness, this is in our genes, and this level is pretty set from the day you were born and is different for each individual. But this counts for only 50% of our happiness. Another 10% of our happiness level is dependent on our circumstances, so here we have limited control. The last and most important 40% is our mindset, which we fully control ourselves. We can shape ourselves to become happier, less worried, less angry and mor e fulfilled in our lives.
