SPECTATOR
editor (Lord) Michael Gove is using his time in the editor’s chair to platform one of his favourite voices: his own.
This month Gove wrote a front-page feature declaring that “cruel Labour” had performed a “fiscal drive-by shooting” of the “poorest in our society”. “The measures announced last week will drive 250,000 more Britons, 50,000 of them children, into poverty,” he declared.
