What does it mean to pay attention? I mean, really pay attention? In our hyperconnected world, where scrolling Instagram while watching a movie while dress-stalking on Vinted is routine, the idea of focusing on just one thing has become a novelty.
To be honest, I’d previously thought I was an expert on the subject.
