THIS YEAR, I HAVE been writing Wanderful, a book about Street Wisdom and all that we are learning. It’s given me a chance to think about strangers and our attitude towards them – and what happens when the stranger isn’t another person, it’s me.
One day, I was suffering with writer’s block, so I jumped on my road bike (two wheels can be as good as two feet to break the routine) and headed into town. At one point, inspiration struck and I stopped my bicycle at the curb to make a note.
