Attic Spin Dye is a dyer with a difference – husband and wife team Andy and Angela Holcroft are on a mission to spread the word about misdiagnosed and rare illnesses. They’ve even created a little character, the rainbowcoloured Spot the Zebra, to promote it.
This initiative comes from a very personal place; Angela lives with EDS as well as a few other conditions. The couple decided to create yarn packs that contain information about EDS and help raise awareness about the existence of other rare diseases, too. Of course, this is done on top of creating their regular large selection of hand-dyed yarns as well!
