TABLETS
1 Apple iPad Air (M1)
from £649 /go.stuff.tv/iPadAir
This tablet has enough power to rival the flagship iPad Pro –and even quite a few recent MacBooks. And though you might need to add a keyboard, a stylus and even a gamepad to make the most of it, the M1 Air reinforces the growing sense that an iPad really can be a laptop replacement for doing proper work (or play). That said, we’re unlikely to be recommending this model for very long: the new M2-powered version is already available (see p32) and it actually starts at £50 less.
