Apple has done a fine job pretty much since day one of demonstrating that the iPad is something you can use to create with, rather than merely consume.
Apps such as Ulysses, Procreate, Affinity Designer and Korg Gadget subsequently obliterated any notion that it was merely for watching videos and playing the odd game. The iPad Mini, though, remained in that lesser role – mainly because of its diminutive stature. Has that changed with the latest iteration? At first glance, possibly not. After all, it’s no revolution in industrial design.
