Olymping off the field
OLYMPUS OM-D E-M10 MARK IV
It’s with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to Olympus as an entity in the camera business. The Japanese company has called it a day on the focal front, but not before leaving a parting gift in the form of a cute mirrorless snapper, the OM-D E-M10 Mark IV. For your money you’ll be getting a 20.3MP sensor, 15fps sequential shooting, 4K video at up 30fps, 5-axis in-body image stabilisation, a 3in tilting touchscreen, plus Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Olympus reckons you’ll get 360 shots per charge and there’s a 2360k-dot electric viewfinder to round things off. The smallest camera in the company’s OM-D range is out now, and all that leaves us to say is thanks for the photographic memories.
