If we could know, what QoL mean sand how it is developing overtime on European, national ,regional and local level, taking into account Europe’s territorial diversity, then we could better look into the reasonsfor short coming sand possible counter actions .Such we could better coordinate actions and invest men son different geographical levels. European policies, like cohesion policy ,could have astronger reference to the quality of life of European citizens.
