Details: 116th annual open exhibition of works in all media, except photography. Two works may be submitted. Selected works will go on show at the Victoria Art Gallery in Bath in June/July; dates to be confirmed.

Chelsea Art Society

Details: Artists of all levels of experience and any age are eligible to submit work for the exhibition at Chelsea Old Town Hall, from June 14 to 21. Admissible media include painting, sculpture, drawing and prints.

Closing date: Submission forms available from March/April.

David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation’s Wildlife Artist of the Year 2021

Details: This internationally renowned competition and exhibition is open to both professional and amateur artists aged 17 or over, using a variety of techniques, media and styles. Work must be entered into one of seven categories: Animal Behaviour, Earth’s Wild Beauty, Facing Extinction, Human Impact (open to young artists between 17 and 22), Into the Blue, Urban Wildlife, and Wings.
