The case against a Campbeltown man accused of threatening or abusive behaviour was not proven at Campbeltown Sheriff Court.
James Deavy, 28, of 7 Glenside, Campbeltown, appeared from custody before Sheriff Patrick Hughes, charged with behaving in a threatening or abusive manner, likely to cause a reasonable person to suffer fear or alarm, by shouting, throwing a shopping trolley and breaking a window at an address in Campbeltown on June 10.
During his trial, two witnesses gave evidence.
