WELCOME
Putting together this month’s issue has made me reflect on my wellbeing, and what that often loaded word means.
There was a time in my life I might have scoffed at the idea. In my mind, wellbeing was something only rich people had the luxury of worrying about while the rest of us were busy contending with trivial matters like, you know, staying alive under a government hell bent on cutting the welfare state and public services to shreds.
