Add Dropbox features to Gmail

Although we briefly touched on it in our ‘working from home’ feature last issue, we want to go through the process of adding the Dropbox extension to your Gmail account in more detail as it presents some genuinely useful features. You will need to access your Gmail account through a web browser, such as Safari, to use it, but once installed, the Dropbox add-on will enable you to instantly upload any email attachments that you receive straight to your personal Dropbox so that you can access them quickly and easily from anywhere. You can also email attachments straight from your Dropbox, including huge files that exceed Gmail’s attachment size limit. Here we guide you through the process of installing and making the most of this handy add-on.
