Control Centre
An easy-to-access panel of essential settings for Mac and iOS. You can access it on iOS by swiping up or down from the top/ bottom of the screen, (depending on your device) and in macOS Monterey it resides to the right of the menu bar.
Screen Time
This is a relatively new feature on Mac and iOS designed to make users aware of how much time we are spending on our devices. Located in System Preferences or the iOS Settings app, Screen Time monitors how long you spend in apps and allows you to impose restrictions.
Shared With You
This is a new iOS 15/ macOS Monterey feature that makes it easy to find and view content that your contacts have shared with you through the Messages app within the apps that the content is designed for, such as Photos and News.

In Monterey, photos, news stories, songs, etc, shared with you through the Messages app will become viewable in the ‘Shared With You’ section of their respective app, such as Photos, News and Music.
