In with the old!
We’re in no position to talk about getting rid of old outdated things, else we’d have had to pack up our bags years ago! We know using Linux to keep older systems running is still popular; we keep seeing the posts on r/Linux for a start, never mind your letters saying we still need 32-bit distros! So, in service to saving you money and saving the planet, we’re looking at how Linux Mint can help keep all your PCs – old and new – ticking along beautifully. With Linux Mint 21 out, we’re casting an eye over getting that set up on 64-bit systems, but the less wellknown Linux Mint Debian Edition still offers a 32-bit build. We locked Jonni in the Linux Format Towers testing dungeon and wouldn’t let him out until all the old PCs down there were running Linux. We think he’s still there – did anyone check on him?
