DB RED ‘90’ EXCLUSIVE EDITION FROM KERNOW

Kernow Model Rail Centre has teamed up with Bachmann to produce an exclusive rendition of 90129 in the striking DB red livery. In a precursor to the growth of Deutsche Bahn operations in the UK following the German operator’s acquisition of EWS in the 2000s, a trio of BR’s Class 90s were painted into the colours of European operators as part of the Freight Connection Exhibition in 1992, in an effort to build interest in rail haulage via the Channel Tunnel.
