A PLAN to convert a former cookery school and B&B in Craobh Haven into houses has been approved by councillors.
Craignish Community Council objected to the proposal, along with further objections from Councillor Douglas Philand and three village residents.
Community councillors objected because ‘the proposed building would have an adverse impact on the amenity of the neighbouring property’, said the planners’ report presented on Wednesday to the Planning, Protective Services and Licensing Committee.
