MEET THE EXPERT
Maxim Leach is a fitness manager, performance specialist and personal trainer. Having been interested in sports since childhood, Maxim has explored the delights of everything from swimming and surfing to squash, rugby, tennis and kayaking, and currently competes in triathlons. Taking his passion for health and fitness to the next level, Maxim transitioned to a plant based lifestyle over 2 years ago. He now encourages his clients to take a full-body approach to health, fitness and wellbeing, and explore the body-positive benefits of a plant based diet.
