POTTER’S DAUGHTER
Mother and son fuse family musical connections for classically inspired prog.
RICK WAKEMAN AND Jon Anderson both play supporting roles in the musical journey of classically trained pianist Dyanne Potter Voegtlin. Invited to perform in a classical masterclass at the University Of London, Voegtlin bucked conventional tradition and played The Six Wives of Henry VIII. Now, she hopes Anderson will give his blessing to a “beautiful, longing song” called Hold, on which he sings, being included on Potter’s Daughter’s second album.
