TV & Satellite Week  |  19th March 2016
NEW LINE OF DUTY
TV & Satellite Week is in a former British Telecom building in Belfast, which has been transformed into the headquarters of police anti-corruption unit AC-12 for the third series of BBC2’s brilliantly nerve-jangling thriller Line of Duty. Extras wearing police uniform are milling around the office where e-fits are plastered on the walls and details of various organised crime cases flicker on the computer screens. However, all eyes are drawn to a glass-walled room with a police sign saying ‘Do not cross’ over the door. Inside, one of the drama’s famously tense interrogation scenes is underway as DS Steve Arnott (Martin Compston) and his colleagues from the intrepid
AC-12 squad question a very anxious police officer.
