What kit do I need?
There’s no need to rush out and buy fancy new kit, or to put off starting running because you don’t have super speedy trainers yet. You can start in whatever you have. Find some comfortable clothes and a pair of trainers and get out there. While specific running shoes are a good idea, in the first week you’re not going to be running that far so just make do with what you have and then treat yourself to something new later.
