SMASHED AVOCADO ON TOAST
Great for vegans!
Serves 1|| Prep 5 mins|| Cooking 1 min
• One slice of bread
• One avocado
• Dash of lime juice
• Salt and black pepper
• Optional: fresh red chilli or chilli flakes
1 Place your bread in the toaster.
2 Cut the avocado in half, discard the stone and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Add a sprinkling of lime juice and some black pepper and mash using a masher or fork. If you fancy an extra kick add a few pieces of fresh red chilli or some chilli flakes.
