It is so easy to make excuses to not run, right?
That bit of work you’ve been putting off , the phone call you need to make, that almost-niggle in your right knee, the potential for rain, the potential for sun, the day of the week, being on your period, being just past your period, feeling flushed, the hangover, the lack of sleep, the comfiest running bra in the wash… I have used every single one of them, and some more than once.
