Bandcamp is a US-based website which allows musicians and composers to sell their music as downloads directly to fans, paying a better rate than streaming services such as Spotify. Over the course of its existence it has paid out over $1 billion to artists. Bandcamp also has a website called Bandcamp Daily, an online music magazine. Senior editor Mariana is always open to pitches for the feature called RESONANCE, a personal essay series on ‘exploring our emotional relationship to music’.
