Memoir
What has the postal service meant to you at different times in your life? Take a few moments for a pleasurable ponder. The first real crush I had was a Swedish boy I met at an international youth camp the summer I was fifteen. We wrote to each other every day till Christmas, funny little letters scrawled on the back of till receipts and toilet paper, scraps of gift wrapping and food packaging. At university, I had a wonderful tutor named Jean, who corresponded with me by post until her death a few years ago although we never met up in person.
