The Deck Restaurant, fl ooded by natural light and complimented by an outdoor terrace, combines contemporary design with breath-taking views. Along with the views, the menu on offer is Scottish and moreish, from their own homesmoked salmon to a wide selection of light bites and main courses, also serving local beers and beverages to match, starting from £15 for two courses. The restaurant’s suppliers are selected with traditional Scottish tastes in mind, but also lead with quality and range. The island itself is also a supplier, adding home-grown vegetables and herbs to the dishes, selected by ‘green fingered’ chefs from the kitchen’s own garden. The Deck is open all year round (restricted winter hours) and is the perfect spot for residents and non-residents to meet for morning coffee, late lunch or early evening dinner, with dining available from 12.30pm until 6.30pm. Tea and coffee served daily from 10am.
The Stables Spa: set in the former stables building and accessed by a path through the Spa Garden. Offering five treatment rooms, a Rasul Mud Chamber, 17-metre indoor pool with spa pool, sauna and steam room. It offers luxurious facials, massages, body treatments, bathing rituals and finishing treatments. Post treatment, Eriska’s guests are welcome to continue their spa journey in the Relaxation Room to slowly awaken and indulge in the views of Eriska.
