The warm weather, bright sunshine and undoubtedly the smell of a barbecue ensured that the Corrie Church fete attracted a large number of visitors wishing to sample some of the many delights on offer.
The large expanse of garden at the Corrie and Sannox Village Hall was put to good use with an outdoor golfing challenge, a plant stall, a tombola and a generous amount of seating for people to sit and savour the homebaking and barbecue treats.
Indoors in the annex, further seating was filled to capacity with parched visitors enjoying tasty refreshments and watching the flow of patrons visiting the stalls.
