JO PAVEY says that she still has ambitions to set a personal best over the marathon, more than five years after last competing over the distance.
The 2014 European 10,000m champion will be little over one month away from turning 44 during the London 2017 World Championships, but having finished 2016 as Great Britain’s No.1 runner over the distance and securing a 15th-placed finish in her fifth Olympic Games, Pavey has shown few signs of significantly slowing.
