We’ve got same sex marriage, we’re getting comprehensive and equal sex and relationships education in schools, we saw Section 28 ditched, we can adopt babies, and civil partnerships are ticking along nicely. That’s it. We’re done.
Like 19th-generation European immigrants who now feel comfortable enough to drive a nationalist maniac to presidential victory in the US, gays can approach this election with an open mind and a clear conscience. Right?
