POLICE FILES with Sergeant Iain MacNicol

BETWEEN 6pm on Monday October 30 and 8am on Tuesday October 31, the toilets at Pier Square, Ardrishaig, were damaged by having taps, urinals and electric sockets damaged. Police are appealing for anyone with any information to contact them on 101 or anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

AT AROUND 1.30am on Sunday November 5 in Manse Brae, Lochgilphead, a car was seen by police being driven without lights. The car was then driven at speed in a dangerous manner but came to a halt in Whitegates Road, Lochgilphead. A 24-year-old woman who was driving was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and dangerous driving. She was charged and a report will be submitted to the fiscal.
